Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure I can accommodate all clients, I kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service(s). This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled if there isn’t enough time to safely complete your service. In these cases, the cancellation fee may still apply.
